Weather + Conditions & Cancellation

If you want to cancel and receive a full refund we require at least 14 days notice so we can try fill in that spot again
If you cancel 10-14 days before your event 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your event your deposit will not be refunded however, you have the option to reschedule completely.

Bad weather calls for the booking to be postponed OR moved to an indoor dry space. We do not host picnics in wet weather due to damage to gear, your picnic fees do not cover this. Please try and think of a “Plan B” before the date of your picnic just incase! We are always hoping for sunshine!

The full remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event, you’re also welcome to pay in full this in full ☺️
